DIY -- Do It Yourself Network and Habitat for Humanity International
have teamed up for a unique public affairs partnership centered
on volunteer recruitment and training. DIY's five-part workshop,
"Lending a Hand: Habitat for Humanity," provides an
in-depth look at building a Habitat for Humanity house. In addition,
a DIY-produced training video features step-by-step building
how-to for use by Habitat for Humanity International's 1,700
nationwide affiliates. |
